All services are available on a one-time or ongoing weekly basis. Also, services can be customized to serve you in the best way possible.
All reservations are to be made through our online software Time To Pet. There is a "Services" tab as well as an "Invoice" tab. If you have questions on scheduling, please let us know. It is the client’s responsibility to closely check confirmation emails to confirm services requested are correct including date and time. Clients have access to the scheduled services under the "Schedule" tab in the client portal on Time To Pet. Please make your requests as early as possible as bookings get full fast. Please send a message in the message section of the client portal with any questions. Please indicate your exact time of departure and arrival home if this is for vacation services.
Payments are made directly to the sitter providing the services and must be paid in full prior to the start of the services. Each sitter has a preferred payment method. We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash. Checks are a last resort and there will be a $35 return check fee on all returned checks regardless of the reason. Please consider tipping your sitter. Our pay is by job, not hourly, and we spend a lot of time making sure you have premiere care for your homes and pets.
Recurring monthly or weekly drop-in visits or walks are paid at the beginning of each month to Sarah.
Deposits are paid at the time of booking. If a deposit isn’t made, the dates are not secured, and your reservation will be canceled. You have a 48-hour grace period. Non- holiday vacation visits require a refundable 50% deposit of all requested services. Holiday vacation visits require a non-refundable 50% deposit of all requested services.
For non-holiday vacation visits cancelled 14 or more days in advance of the services, the deposit will be returned by the sitter providing the services. For non-holiday vacation visits cancelled less than 14 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited to the sitter providing the services.
Recurring monthly or weekly drop-in visits or walks can be cancelled 24 hours in advance and the service fee will be applied to the account as a credit for future services. There is no credit or refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled visit.
Holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Services scheduled on these holidays will include an additional holiday charge on the day of the holiday only.
It is not unusual for vacation plans to change at the last minute. However, please understand that Amazing Pets Care, LLC carefully schedules our time to service you and all of our clients. Therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last minute changes to schedules outside the window of our cancellation policy. Once care begins, full payment is due.
In the event that you need to be away longer than expected, we need to hear from you by phone or message in the portal. This includes delayed or canceled flights. We can not guarantee the ability to extend services, but we will attempt to make sure your pet is cared for. These kind of situations are why we ask that you have backup plans in place.
All visits will be for the duration that was scheduled. Every attempt will be made to give your pet the care and attention required in the allowed time. Sometimes, if scheduling permits, your pet may receive a longer walk, more play time, or extra TLC free of charge. However, if the number of your pets and list of chores exceeds the scheduled visit time requested, please expect to be charged for the additional time required to provide care. All Overnight visits will be for approximately 12 hours as requested. Home Base visits will provide, at minimum, approximately 18 hours of care in every 24 hours.
Amazing Pets Care, LLC requires two forms of access into your home. One form MUST be a key unless you provide access to an onsite lockbox. The second form of access can be a second key or a garage code (if no key needed is needed to gain access once inside the garage). Keys not retained for future use can be returned in person. It is recommended that your key remain in the care of Amazing Pets Care, LLC or be accessible at your home by lockbox for convenience in future use of our services and to enable telephone reservations, thus avoiding future key pick up and return charges. By agreeing to this document, you authorize the representative of Amazing Pets Care, LLC to use your house keys during the time he or she will be caring for your pet(s) and property. Should incorrect keys be provided to Amazing Pets Care, LLC preventing home access, you agree to pay all charges incurred by Amazing Pets Care, LLC for locksmith or other services required to gain access into the home in order to provide necessary pet care services.
Amazing Pets Care, LLC is authorized to perform care and services as outlined on this document. Amazing Pets Care, LLC is also authorized by you to seek emergency veterinary care with release from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense. Should specified veterinarian be unavailable, Amazing Pets Care, LLC is authorized to approve medical and/or emergency treatment (excluding euthanasia) as recommended by a veterinarian.
Other fees for additional services or circumstances may apply. Any additional visits made or services performed shall be paid for at the current rate. You agree to reimburse Amazing Pets Care, LLC for such services or any expenses incurred for any other home/food/supplies needed. There will be a minimum $10.00 charge as well as reimbursement for any necessary supplies purchased for care. It is your responsibility to provide more than adequate amounts of food, litter, treats, medications, flea products and other items needed for complete care of their pets.
In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, Amazing Pets Care, LLC is entrusted to use best judgment in caring for your pets and your home. Amazing Pets Care, LLC will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions. Inclement weather is primarily severe storms, tornadoes, snow/ice conditions etc. Amazing Pets Care, LLC will try to carry out your instructions to the best of the company's ability. Because your pet(s) safety is our first concern, we request you provide a nearby emergency contact if possible. The inclement weather plan will be as follows:
In the event of personal emergency or illness of your sitter, you authorize Amazing Pets Care, LLC to arrange for another qualified person to fulfill responsibilities as set forth in this document. You will be notified in such a case.
Please notify Amazing Pets Care, LLC if others (cleaners, workers, friends, family members, etc.) will have access to your home during your absence. It is understood that you will notify anyone with access to the home that Amazing Pets Care, LLC's services have been engaged. Amazing Pets Care, LLC, company owner, agents, assigns, licensees, successors and heirs are not liable and are completely indemnified for any and all liability stemming from the acts or failure to act of third parties, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to, friends, neighbors, relatives or other service persons that shall enter your residence for any purpose while Amazing Pets Care, LLC is caring for your pets.
Amazing Pets Care, LLC will not be responsible for free-roaming or outdoor pets unless discussed and agreed to in advance by your sitter. It is strongly advised that all pets have some form of permanent ID and that they remain inside the home or confined to a yard or pen for their own safety and welfare in your absence.
It is the client's sole responsibility to "pet-proof" any areas of the home and/or property to which the pet has access. This includes thoroughly inspecting fences, gates, latches, doors and other devices meant to contain the pet or restrict access to specific areas. Amazing Pets Care, LLC does not assume responsibility and has no liability for any injuries the pet may sustain or property damage the pet may cause while in its own home/property.
Fenced in yards are wonderful playgrounds for our dogs and allow them additional space to exercise and play. However, no fence system is totally secure. Amazing Pets Care, LLC does not accept responsibility or liability for any client's animals that escape or become lost or injured, fatal or otherwise, when instructed to leave your animals in a fenced in area or with access to a fenced in area by a "doggy door," etc. This includes electronic, wood, metal or any other type of fence.
All client information will be kept private and confidential. Amazing Pets Care, LLC highly respects our clients' entrusting us with the care of their home and their loving pets. We do recommend that you inform a trusted neighbor and/or law enforcement if you have a security system installed that while you are away, Amazing Pets Care, LLC will be caring for your pets and your home.
Amazing Pets Care, LLC agrees to provide all services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, you expressly waive and relinquish any and all claims against Amazing Pets Care, LLC except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Amazing Pets Care, LLC.
Amazing Pets Care, LLC reserves the right to terminate this document at any time before or during its term. If Amazing Pets Care, LLC, in its sole discretion, determines that your pet poses a danger to the health or safety of Amazing Pets Care, LLC, or if these concerns prohibit Amazing Pets Care, LLC from caring for your pet, you authorize your pet to be placed in a state licensed facility, with all charges there from to be charged to you, the client.
By agreeing to this document, you authorize this contract to be valid approval for future services of any purpose provided by this contract permitting Amazing Pets Care, LLC to accept telephone and online reservations for service and enter premises without additional signed contracts or written authorization.
PLEASE NOTE: The utmost care will be given in watching both your pets) and your home. However, due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, we cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps of any extraordinary or unusual nature (i.e. biting, furniture damage, accidental death, etc.) or any complications in administering medications to the animal. Nor can we be liable for injury, disappearance, death or fines of pets with access to the outdoors.
By agreeing to this document, you authorize the use of any pet photographs on print or social media marketing for Amazing Pets Care, LLC. unless given express exclusion in writing.
